What is your service area?+

Who is the licensed contractor on my project?+
Every project is built by a California-licensed, bonded and insured contractor. Their license number is on your contract before you sign — verify it anytime at cslb.ca.gov. We check every contractor's license, insurance and bond before they're assigned to a project.
Are you licensed and insured?+
Every contractor on our projects is California-licensed, bonded and insured — general liability, workers' compensation and the California contractor's bond. We verify all of it before any work starts.
How fast can you start?+
Smaller projects like walk-in showers typically begin within 2-3 weeks of contract signing. Larger remodels and outdoor projects usually start 3-5 weeks out, depending on permits and materials.
Do you offer financing?+
Yes. Financing is available on most projects through our contractor partners' lending programs. Terms depend on your credit and the program, and you'll see the exact options alongside your itemized estimate.
Do you handle permits?+
Yes. Required plumbing, electrical, and building permits are pulled as part of the project, and inspections are scheduled for you.
What is your payment schedule?+
Per California law (BPC 7159), maximum 10 percent or $1,000 down (whichever is less). We then bill at clearly defined milestones. Final 10 percent on acceptance.
What is your warranty?+
Every project comes with a written workmanship warranty — the length and coverage are spelled out in your contract. Fixtures, glass, and appliances also carry their manufacturers' warranties.
What if the project goes over budget?+
Our quotes include itemized allowances for selectable items (tile, fixtures, hardware). The only way the price changes is if you change scope or upgrade materials beyond the allowance. We always get your written approval before any change order.
Do I need to move out during the project?+
No. We typically work in one zone at a time. We coordinate carefully if there is only one bathroom in the home.
