How much does decorative concrete with LED lighting cost?+
Decorative concrete with LED is priced by square footage, finish style (smooth, stamped, polished), LED layout, site access, and grading. A small patio with one accent line is a very different project than an entertaining deck with addressable RGB and a fire feature. Our Project Manager walks the site, listens to the look you want, and writes an itemized estimate after the walk-through — no phone ballparks.
How long do the LED strips last?+
We use IP67-rated, marine-grade LED strips designed for in-slab installation. Expected life: 10-15 years for the LEDs themselves, with simple replacement if needed. The channels in the concrete are permanent.
Can I control the LEDs from my phone?+
Yes. Standard install includes a wall-mounted dimmer. Upgrades include Wi-Fi smart controls (compatible with Google Home, Apple HomeKit, Alexa) and color-changing RGB.
What styles or textures are available?+
Smooth slab, broom finish, wood-plank stamp, slate, ashlar, polished, exposed aggregate, and acid-stained color. We bring sample panels to your in-home consultation.
Do you do driveways too?+
Yes, with the same techniques. LED-edge-lit driveways are increasingly popular in El Dorado Hills, Granite Bay, and Loomis.
Is permitting required?+
For most patios under 200 sq ft you do not need a permit. Larger patios, driveways, or anything tied into existing electrical typically requires a permit. We handle this for you.
Will the concrete crack?+
Concrete naturally develops small hairline cracks over time. We minimize this with proper sub-base prep, fiber reinforcement or rebar, expansion joints, and control joints. Cracking is also disguised in stamped patterns. Our 5-year sealer warranty covers premature failure.
Do you do indoor concrete floors?+
Yes, polished concrete floors for indoor spaces are part of our service. Common in modern remodels and ADUs.
