720 sq ft of smooth-finish concrete with warm-white LED strips poured into the saw-cut joints. Foothill sunset views, golden-hour automation, a single architectural plane that turns into sculpture at night.
Tub-to-shower conversion · Granite Bay
1990s alcove tub out, full waterproofing system in, large-format sandstone porcelain on the walls, a frameless glass partition, and a rainfall + handheld set on a thermostatic valve.

Full primary-bath rebuild in a foothill-view Folsom home. Heated polished concrete underfoot, a vertical-grain white oak slat wall behind a matte-black freestanding soaking tub, and a picture-window layout that lines the tub up with the sunrise.
Motorized pergola · Loomis
Dark-stained cedar pergola with a motorized matte-black aluminum louvered roof. Open to the breeze at noon, closed and warm at sunset, wired for evening pendants and a wall-mounted touch controller.
Outdoor kitchen · Roseville
L-shaped built-in outdoor kitchen with honed soapstone counters, a pro 36-inch grill, side burner, beverage drawer, sage zellige backsplash, and hand-blown amber-glass pendants overhead.
Transitional kitchen · Fair Oaks
Warm-cream shaker perimeter cabinetry, a white oak slab island with a quartzite waterfall edge, a hand-troweled plaster hood, a pro gas range, and a fireclay apron sink that finally fits the bowl size the homeowner actually cooks at.
Curbless ADA walk-in · Rocklin
Aging-in-place rebuild for a 1990s Rocklin ranch home. A fully enclosed frameless-glass shower with a wide, outward-swinging ADA glass door over a flush zero-threshold floor, linear stainless drain, solid-teak bench, and subtle brushed-nickel grab bars.
Paver patio + turf backyard · Rocklin
A neglected backyard turned into a low-maintenance outdoor room — a herringbone paver patio with a charcoal soldier-course border, a board-formed concrete seat wall, a linear gas fire pit, and a crisp panel of premium artificial turf. Built on a properly compacted base so it stays flat for decades.
Stamped concrete patio · Lincoln
800 sq ft of stamped concrete in a random-slate pattern with warm earth-tone color hardener, a curved transition into the lawn, a centered propane fire table, and a UV-rated sealer system ready for the next California summer.
Forest-green galley kitchen · Carmichael
Deep forest-green flat-panel perimeter, a white shaker island that grounds the room, a full-height honed Calacatta marble backsplash, a panel-ready French-door refrigerator that disappears, and a dual-fuel range with hand-finished brass knobs.

Centered freestanding soaking tub on a fluted-tile feature wall, mirrored his-and-hers walnut vanities with quartzite counters and brushed-brass faucets, heated porcelain floor, and a layout that lines the tub up with a live-oak window view.
