Where this kit comes from
Every tool in the kit started as a worksheet we used inside the business: how we scope projects with homeowners on day one, the questions we expect our own project managers to be able to answer, the permit rules we check on every job. We've cleaned them up for public use because the alternative is another generic “remodel guide” that doesn't help anyone actually buy well.
We don't publish dollar figures in the kit. Every Sacramento remodel is priced by scope after an in-home walk-through, and the kit teaches you exactly how to build that scope so any contractor you talk to is quoting the same work.
