A referral service. Projects are performed by independent, California-licensed contractors who contract directly with the homeowner. Every project is built by a California-licensed, bonded and insured contractor; the license number is disclosed on every contract before signing. Homeowner contracts are entered with the licensed contractor of record for the specific project. See our how we work page for details.
