A referral service. Projects we do not perform in-house are referred to independent, California-licensed contractors who contract directly with the homeowner. In-house projects are performed under our Responsible Managing Officer's California contractor license. The license number is disclosed on every contract before signing. Homeowner contracts are entered with the licensed contractor of record for the specific project. See our how we work page for details.
